What is R&W Made?

R&W Made is a creative 3D-printing brand focused on original characters, collectibles, DIY paint kits, functional designs and custom creations.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Many R&W Made products are printed after your order is placed. This allows us to create each piece specifically for your order instead of mass-producing inventory.

How long does it take to make my order?

Production time depends on the product. Because many of our pieces are 3D printed to order, please allow time for printing, cleanup, inspection and packaging before your order ships. Estimated processing times are shown on applicable product pages.

Will my 3D-printed item look exactly like the photos?

Small variations are normal with 3D printing. You may notice minor layer lines, texture or other small differences between pieces. These are part of the 3D-printing process and make each physical piece slightly unique.

What comes with a DIY Paint Kit?

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our DIY Paint Kits include an unpainted 3D-printed character, 12 paint colors, a detail brush, a standard brush and a paint cup.

What size are the Paint Kit characters?

Our current DIY Paint Kit characters are approximately 5 inches tall. Exact dimensions may vary slightly depending on the character design.

Are the collectibles already painted?

Check the individual product description before ordering. Products may be offered as finished collectibles, unpainted pieces or DIY Paint Kits depending on the listing.

Are R&W Made characters original?

Yes. Our R&W Made Originals are characters and concepts developed for the R&W Made brand. Special collections and collaborations will be identified on their respective product pages.

Do you make custom designs?

Yes. We plan to offer select custom 3D design and printing services. Availability, pricing and production time will depend on the project.

Can I request a different size or color?

Some products may be available in additional sizes, colors or finishes. Contact us before ordering if you're looking for something that isn't currently listed.

Are these toys?

Unless a product is specifically identified as a toy, R&W Made collectibles are intended primarily as display, art or collectible pieces. Please review the individual product description for intended use and age information.

How do I care for my 3D-printed piece?

Keep your piece away from excessive heat, direct sunlight for extended periods and high-temperature environments. Do not place 3D-printed items in a dishwasher, microwave or other heated appliance unless the product specifically states that it is safe to do so.
